Loose Screw

I have a Nitro walker, made by Drive, model RTL10266WT (WT = white). On Amazon.

Twice, a screw fell out that is not offered as a replacement part, and I found the exact replacement, so I wanted to provide that information. I think it likely unscrewed itself and fell out on bumpy cobblestones. Perhaps either Loctite wasn’t used or not enough was used (certainly, I’m guilty of not using any for the first replacement).

Where is the screw? There are four identical screws, but only one has been problematic. The walker has a set of crossbars under the seat that are secured (on the bottom of the crossbars) to each side of the walker frame via two screws (one screw on each side of the crossbars, then both sides of the walker = four screws total). The problematic screw is circled in yellow below:

The screw is metric: 6 mm diameter, 1.0 mm thread spacing, 25 mm long. The original has a 4-mm hex drive, with a tapered head, known as a “flat-head socket cap screw.”

Here is the exact replacement on Amazon.

But note that I bought at a local Home Depot, with a Phillips cap (i.e., not a socket cap). In case that URL breaks, the SKU number is 757271.
